Communications Specialist
Radka Khoubini Lacová is a strategic communications professional with expertise in security, innovation, and technology at both national and international levels. At NATO’s Public Diplomacy Division, she led public engagements and facilitated policy discussions with Indo-Pacific partners, strengthening dialogue and fostering cooperation on security issues. At the Slovak Government Office, she played a key role in developing Slovakia’s first national framework for strategic communications, supporting the Security Council and initiatives to strengthen societal resilience. Building on her expertise in high-impact communications, she served as PR Lead at VAIA, overseeing digital outreach, media relations, and events to promote research, innovation, and technology to diverse audiences.
