IAS Interview with Prof. Robert Sutter, Professor of Practice of International Affairs at the Elliott School of George Washington University and the school’s Director of Program of Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs. Prof. Sutter is one of the foremost experts on the Chinese foreign policy, having authored more than 20 monographs and 200 scholarly articles and served in various government positions for more than three decades. We have asked Prof. Sutter about his perspective on China’s present power position, interaction between the United States and China and some recommendations for the Chinese foreign policy into the year 2015.
